I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of creative work and operational infrastructure. That's included arts and nonprofit spaces, then over a decade in forensic project management and construction consulting, where I managed 100+ concurrent projects, led high-dollar engagements, and built systems that had to perform under real scrutiny.

Architecture and interior design firms run on expertise. What they often don't have is structure that matches the scale of what they've built. I come in on the operations side, not to reorganize the to-do list, but to build the infrastructure that gives founders real visibility into how their business actually runs. AC Stampley & Co. is intentionally small because the work requires trust, and I don't take that lightly.

Unannounced guests have ZERO home training, and that's a hill I'm willing to die on.

Dogs are amazingly loyal creatures. My favorite co-worker is a dog. He's pretty lazy, but gives the best cuddles (don't tell HR).
