My core belief

Structure is the container for creativity.

hi, I'm AC!

I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of creative work and operational infrastructure. That's included arts and nonprofit spaces, and over a decade in forensic project management and construction consulting, where I built systems that had to perform under real scrutiny.

I understand deeply that the design-to-install industry runs on expertise, precision, and deliberate operating systems. What they often don't have is structure that matches the scale of what they've built. I come in on the operations side, not to reorganize the to-do list, but to build the infrastructure that gives founders real visibility into how their business actually runs.

AC Stampley & Co. is intentionally small because the work requires trust, and I don't take that lightly.

The work is specific. So is the invitation.

If what you've read here sounds like the thing your firm has been missing, there are three ways in.

My favorite co-worker is a dog. He's pretty lazy, but gives the best cuddles. Don't tell HR.
Unannounced guests have ZERO home training, and that's a hill I'm willing to die on.
I love a good, briny, raw oyster even though the internet says it could kill me. If that's the way to go, welp.
I'm obsessed with women's basketball; since 1997. And just sports in general.
I love music. Almost all of it.

A few things that have nothing to do with operations
